Hope Alive Uganda (HAU) has been working in Kisozi for the last two years and in the community and schools Kisozi sub-county, providing educational support and health education for the orphans and vulnerable children under its care and promoting sustainable development in communities. HAU is ready to go to the next level, from responding to immediate problems to addressing long-term needs in communities that are underserved in terms of HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment.

The children of Hope Alive Uganda live in difficult circumstances, often not being able to go to school as their parents, grandparents or guardians are not able to pay their schoolfees. You can make a difference by sponsoring one of these children.

Thanks to Cycling out of poverty, Hope Alive Uganda is able to start a cycling-to-school-project. Luuk Eickmans from Cycling out of poverty has decided to start his new project in Kisozi, which is a great opportunity for Hope Alive Uganda and the people.

Hope Alive Uganda now has the ANBI status. Donations may only be deducted if the Tax Administration has designated the beneficiary of the donation as an Institution for General Benefit (ANBI). This applies to the deduction of donations for taxes.

Hope Alive Uganda wishes to empower women to strengthen the women's positions and improve the circumstances of needy women, widows and women that are HIV/AIDS infected.
