E & E medical centre in Kisozi hosts an hiv/aids information centre, which was opened officially on January 28th 2011 by the deputy speaker of parliament in Uganda, Rebecca Kadaga. Doctor Ibrahim Kalinaki is responsible for the overall organization of the workshops for youths of primary and secondary schools and workshops for the community. What's more, the hiv/aids information centre assists people who visit the hiv/aids information centre to get information and knowledge on hiv/aids, treatment and medication and assistance and counselling. People can be directed for medical treatment to E & E medical centre and blood testing and to Hope Alive Uganda's social worker, Agnes Nakiirya for counseling. At the hiv/aids information center, brochures, books and video material are available to give people access to information and thus, create awareness and knowledge among community members.
