The agriculture project in Bulamka is situated at a site not easily accesible to larger vehicles. However there is a small access road to the farm, crossing properties of people from Bulamka.   As work continued at the farm, trucks transporting the materials to the farm had some trouble reaching the farm and were not allowed to cross people's properties to reach the farm well.  The local council suggested Hope Alive Uganda to buy the small access road to the farm and settle with the villargers, rather than crossing proporties of people from Bulamaka, causing inconveniences.  Hope Alive Uganda decided to settle inconvenieces caused by trucks transporting building materials to the site of the agriculture project.  Right now, Hope Alive Uganda is not only the owner of the 7 acres of land, but also owns the small access road and work can continue at the farm, keeping a good relationship between Hope Alive Uganda and the people of Bulamka.
