This is the Worldschool page for Hanneke, Janneke & Emily from the Maaswaal College in the Netherlands. 

Hanneke, Janneke and Emily are working on our hiv/aids project and introduce themselves:

"We are Hanneke Hoogendoorn, Janneke Blokland en Emily Orth from Maaswaalcollege in Wijchen. At the moment, we are in the last year of Havo, which is a five-year course preparing for Higher Vocational Education. Janneke and Emily are 17 years old and Hanneke is still 16 years old. We have chosen for Worldschool (Reducing Aids/HIV in Uganda) because we really want to do something for other people, especially developing countries because a lot of people have Aids/HIV over there. If we would chose an ordinary school project we wouldn’t get the opportunity to really help people at the other side of the world. And with Worldschool you have got a contact person (in our situation in Uganda) which makes it reachable to help the people over there. We are excited about this project and we are wondering what the end result will be like. We will keep telling you about our progress until we are finished. We hope you know enough about us, for now."
