 Share4more and the Dutch Flower Group have enabled Hope Alive Uganda to set up a catering project in Jinja. The catering project is an income generating project for women which gives women the opportunity to become independent women who can sustain their families and children. The catering project is a project run by women for women, teaching women skills in the catering industry and to run their own business. @Eddy's is the bistro which women participating in Hope Alive Uganda's catering project run together. @Eddy's is located at plot no. 10 at Main Street in Jinja, not far from the shores of Lake Victoria and the source of the River Nile, where a variety of delicious Ugandan dishes and fast food is offered at this family restaurant. Breakfast, lunch, supper and a nice drink can be enjoyed here. The catering project has its own website.
