In Jinja, Hope Alive Uganda plans to start the production of reusable pads. Women will make this product and sell it from their studio at a cheap price which gives women access to pads at a price they can afford.. Hope Alive Uganda wishes to establish a network with schools and supply the schools with reusable pads at an affordable price, which helps prevent girls from dropping out of school. This project will also give women who will act as couriers to supply schools and shops a job.

Hope Alive Uganda is busy planning to start this project later in 2011.
