Hope Alive Uganda runs several activities to support the children and needy people in the community.  Hope Alive Uganda runs:

• a goat project
• a project to build a borehole for the community
• a beds project for orphans
• a glasses project through which people that need glasses but can't afford them, will receive a free pair of glasses
• a HIV/AIDS counselling project
• an education which involves the building of Hope Alive Primary

In 2010 the following projects will be started:

• a project to empower women (needy women, widows, women living with HIV/AIDS)
• a chicken project (an income generating project)
• a vegetable project (an income generating project)
• a toy project for the children
