Scovia Nabirye is one of the 38 children that have so far received a goat from Hope Alive Uganda. She has an ambition, which is to study to become a nurse. Scovia believes she will be able to study thanks to the goat she received. The goat she received will help her and her family to pay for school fees and buy a school uniform. It will even help her and her family to buy food for the family. Breeding the goats and selling them later will help her and her family to sustain themselves in the future, though the first female offspring will be given to another orphan by Hope Alive Uganda.
